Clinical Supervision

Clinical Supervision designed for mental health nurses, support workers, social workers, and other allied health professionals working in mental health services.  Grounded in trauma-informed ethics, lived experience, and reflective practice, sessions provide a safe space to explore challenges, clarify direction, and stay connected to the values behind your work.

I integrate a range of clinical supervision models, including:

• Psychotherapy models – exploring relational dynamics and emotional processing
• Developmental models – tailored to your stage of professional growth
• Social role models – supporting you to navigate your various practitioner roles
• Competency-based models – focusing on practical skills, documentation, risk, and ethics
• Reflective practice models – deepening insight through guided reflection
   

Optional creative modalities like music, lyric work, metaphor, and rhythm-based techniques are available to enhance emotional processing and somatic awareness—especially helpful for neurodivergent or creative practitioners.
